(Berkeley, CA) – The UCSF-John Muir Health Cancer Center in Berkeley recently opened a new radiation oncology program that offers the most technologically advanced radiation therapies available for a comprehensive range of cancers.

Four radiation oncologists, Dr. James Rembert, Dr. Sophia Rahman, Dr. Sravana Chennupati, and Dr. Christine Chung, work with a team of renowned UCSF surgeons and medical oncologists to provide the highest level of care. This collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach helps to ensure the best possible outcomes.

“We are very excited to open radiation oncology services at the Berkeley Outpatient Center,” said Dr. Christine Chung, Medical Director of Radiation Oncology. “As a patient, it is optimal to receive comprehensive cancer care at a single site.
